Returns Policy

What is the Return Policy at has an excellent returns policy that allows you to return goods for a refund providing goods are returned in their original, new state with all packaging. We feel this is very generous as there is no legal right to offer a refund or exchange, and a handful of our competitors don’t. This means you really can shop with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that you can return products that do not suit your home or if they are not entirely what you expected.

Please see the small points below;

-         The customer is responsible for returning goods.

-         Some ‘Made to Order’ items are Non-Returnable so please look out for the ‘Made to Order’ status under ‘Availability’  and ‘IMPORTANT INFORMATION’ the product page.

-         Please just email us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

-         Please make sure that if returning a product, it is in the new condition that it was received in and with ALL packaging. Failure to do this may result in restocking charges.

-         Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

-         All items on a 'SP' Product Code are Non-Returnable.

How do I return some or all of my order?

If you wish to return an item please email us [email protected] within 7 working days of receiving your order to inform us that you are intending to return goods. Failure to inform us in writing within 7 days can lead to us refusing to accept the return or restocking charges of up to 50% of the order value.

Once you have received verification from us, you may return the goods. Please print the emails with your order number and put it in the package to be returned. Please make sure the return package is adequately packed so that it will not get damaged in transit. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. All items will be examined and inspected upon return so if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, which results in damage or deterioration, the appropriate charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

As the customer you are responsible for the organisation and expense of returning the goods, so using your own courier or postage, please return the goods to:

Once the returned items are received, they will be inspected and a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be cleared into your account.

What if my goods arrive damaged or faulty?

In the unfortunate event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please email within 72 hours of receiving your order at [email protected], complete with a short description of the problem and photographs of damage or fault, and we will process your claim accordingly.

Failure to inform us in writing within 72 hours of receipt of the product(s) can lead to us refusing to accept the responsibility of the damage.

It is very important that you keep all the original packaging and repack the item with care.
